Look at our most recent "Save" at The Gizmo/Leroy Foundation!

“Rocky” was on the news last month, in the newspaper, and all over Facebook!  Rocky’s family had a house fire, and Rocky was found unconscious inside the home.  The family surrendered him to the SPCA, because they knew that there would be a lot of medical costs incurred.  By surrendering him, the SPCA, as a rescue organization, would be able to work out payments with local vet clinics.  Rocky spent some time at PETS Emergency Center on oxygen; he was then transferred to VCA Bridgeport to be on oxygen for two days.

The SPCA started a fund raiser to help vet bills, but we decided the money should go directly to the family, to help them get their home back together.

Thanks to Red Raven and the Gizmo and Leroy Fund, Rocky was able to be fully vetted from head to tail!  He received blood work, current vaccinations, and a years’ supply of flea, tick, and heart worm prevention!  Rocky’s family is extremely grateful, and they have since been reunited!!

Please note:  we will be raffling off original artwork as well as prints from many of our artists during the entire month of October!  We hope you will join us in this annual event to raise money for The Gizmo/Leroy Fund in order to help animals in Lancaster City.

September's First Friday

Bob mug shotmug shotBen Nelson, Sept

First Friday brought with it a solo exhibit by our own Robert Andriulli!  Our highlight artist, Timothy Magenta, was actually one of Robert Andriulli’s graduated students from Millersville University and our emerging artist Ben Nelson added to the mix of fine artists.  The men ruled this September at Red Raven and it was a fun filled and crowded evening.  The city was alive with art lovers.
