Steve Wilson, a native of Chester County, Pennsylvania, has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Kutztown State College. Steve is a full time artist working as a graphic designer, illustrator and fine artist. Steve's main medium is watercolor. He is very inspired by artists such as Andrew Wyeth and Lancaster artist David Brumbach. Steve is a member of the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, Baltimore Watercolor Society and the Philadelphia Watercolor Club and is also the past president of the Lancaster County Art Association.
During his career Steve has won numerous awards and his work can be found in private and corporate collections throughout the United States. He has also been the selected artist for several Pennsylvania Game News covers, and frequently has illustrations in monthly editions. He teaches watercolor and drawing classes at local art associations and community colleges. In addition to watercolor, Steve is also very active in painting murals in businesses, residential facilities and in private homes. Steve resides in Lancaster County with his wife and their three children.
