MaryAnn is inspired by form and color.

Her still life paintings are leaning into a more abstract direction while still maintaining thoughtful integrity for the subject matter.

She uses strong lines, texture and saturated color to create a vibrant canvas of playfullness and joy.

MaryAnn studied and worked in watercolor and pen and ink early in her art career.

She also experimented with acrylics, mono types and sculpture.

After studying the last century European artists, MaryAnn switched to oil paint and found her niche there.
