Whacky Wooden Whimsical Wall Sculptures created from found objects and intricately painted surfaces!

"Being a survivor of Hurricane Katrina that blew apart households on the Coast of Mississippi, I understand tiny pieces from a life’s past become an integral positive part of the future, elevated to a new level of importance in my work.

As I have walked the streets of Lancaster City and now explore roads of small, charming Kennett Square, PA, I sometimes look down and find a rusty rim or small metal plate thrown off of a vehicle making its way to another place.

Collecting these treasures inspire, as do pods from trees, or twisting crooked sticks. When I use one or more of these finds in a piece of art, I’m always solving the puzzle that presents. This constant problem solving, questioning, stimulates that part of me that celebrates how differently I see, think and feel."
